Powering STACC's nights across the North.
A live music promoter from St Andrews, now running nights across Scotland. Every ticket, queue and door scan goes through EventTickets.

A small room, on purpose.
STACC keeps capacity deliberately low: good sound for a tight community in Scotland. New dates are announced to their WhatsApp community first, so most of a release sells in the first few minutes.
That is the hardest shape of on-sale there is. Far more people tap the same link at once than the room can hold. EventTickets queue systems were built exactly for that scenario.
What STACC needed
- Survive the minute a drop goes live on WhatsApp
- Raise the price as each release sells through
- A cheaper rate for St Andrews students
- Fast, duplicate-proof entry at the door
- Keep buyers on STACC's own site and brand
How a STACC release runs.
A queue for every drop
When the link goes out, buyers join a line in the order they arrived. A set number check out at a time, each with a held place, so the site stays up and nobody pays for a ticket that has already gone.

Prices that step up
Each release closes on its date or when it sells out.
- Early bird£5.00
- Final release£9.00
Student codes
St Andrews students enter a code at checkout. Uses are only counted once payment is confirmed.
STACC's site, STACC's brand
Buyers start on staccsessions.com and come back to it. EventTickets handles the checkout in between.
One scan at the door
Door staff scan from a phone. A ticket is admitted once, even if two phones scan it at the same moment.
