A fair queue for every drop.
When a link goes out and everyone taps at once, buyers join a line in the order they arrived. A set number check out at a time with their tickets held, so the page stays up and nothing sells twice.

How the queue works.
First come, first served.
Every buyer gets a place the moment they open the link. The page shows their position and moves them forward on its own, so there's no refreshing and no luck involved.
- Position shown live while they wait

Held while they pay.
When it's someone's turn, their tickets are set aside while they pay. If they leave, the hold runs out and the next person in line gets them. The number in checkout and the hold time are set per event.
- 15 buyers in checkout at a time by default
- A 10 minute hold by default
- Tickets and discount codes go back if the hold runs out

Tiers step up as each release sells through, so the queue always sells the right price. Early bird ends, standard takes over, and the final release opens on its own.

Questions organisers ask
- Will my ticket page crash when tickets go on sale?
- The queue is there so it doesn't. Buyers wait on a light page while a set number check out at a time, so a rush turns into an orderly line instead of a spike of payments.
- How long are tickets held during checkout?
- 10 minutes by default. If the buyer doesn't pay in time, the tickets go back on sale and the next person in line is let through.
- Can two people buy the last ticket?
- No. Tickets are held for each buyer before they pay, under a lock on the event, so the last ticket can only be in one checkout at a time.
- Does the queue cost extra?
- No. It's part of every plan, Pay as you go included.
