- Free tickets are free.
- £0 tickets, comps and guest list places have no fee on any plan.
- Per ticket, not per order.
- Two £12 tickets means two fees of 66p, not one fee on £24.
- The buyer pays by default.
- The fee is added at checkout as a booking fee. Switch any event to absorb it and it comes out of your payout instead.
- Nothing else to pay.
- No setup, payout, door app or wallet pass fees. Card processing comes out of our fee, so you never see a separate charge.
- Refunds include the fee.
- Cancel an event or refund an order and the buyer gets everything back, booking fee included. Partial refunds return the fee for those tickets.
- Discounts come first.
- The fee is worked out on the discounted price. A code that takes a ticket to £0 makes it free, with no fee.
