Questions organisers ask
- Will buyers see the EventTickets name?
- Only in a small Ticketing by EventTickets line at the bottom of checkout, emails and wallet passes. Pro removes it.
- Can I use my own domain for checkout?
- On Pro, your event pages, checkout and ticket links can run on an address you own, like tickets.yourclub.com.
- Which payment methods can buyers use?
- Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe.
- Do you show my buyers other events?
- Never. There's no marketplace and no you might also like. Your buyers only see your events.
